I just purchased my forth truck from Bedard Brothers. I was very satisfied with the process. They did not have the vehicle in stock that I wanted but they were able to locate one within a few weeks and have it shipped in. I cannot speak highly enough of the sales representative, Julie Bialis. She has always treated me incredibly well and has gone above and beyond for me. She is the only sales representative I will use, as she continuously finds ways to put me into the vehicles I’m looking for. Sales manager Brian is outstanding. Service department always has my vehicles fixed quickly and completely. I drive an hour and a half to this dealership for Julie and the service department. My fifth Chevy will also be purchased from them.

Professional knowledgeable

Took quite a while for an oil change. Almost 2 hours.

It was just a good experience. I took my car in for a basic high-mileage inspection from nose to tail, and there were some issues that needed to be addressed. I assumed there would be, since there was an inconsistent noise I couldn't identify, indicating a potential problem. I am not inept when it comes to the care and maintenance of my vehicles, and I am generally able to diagnose (and sometimes fix) many things without a mechanic. But it's nearly at 100,000 miles, and nothing has ever needed to be done other than new tires and the basic oil and filter changes. Battery? Fine. Breaks? Presumed fine. I've had a couple of anomalies that never amounted to anything more than a one-off glitch, so I never pursued them. I learned through this inspection that it needed a little old-car TLC. I got it back in a few days later, they fixed me up, and I was on my way. Hard to complain. Efficient, effective, and they were nice about it.
