Who We AreÂ
Bedard Brothers Chevrolet looks a lot different than the first dealership that launched the Bedard Brothers legacy in 1954. At the time, Leo Bedard was a young entrepreneur in Adams, Massachusetts, looking to build a career, serve his community, and establish a family legacy. With his aspirations high and his vision clear, Leo began selling used cars out of his home garage.Â
Leo's car business quickly blossomed because he treated his customers like family-an easy feat considering he worked from home. However, Leo never faltered or strayed from his family-friendly approach, even as he expanded the business to Cheshire with his first Saab franchise. He saw that first dealership as an opportunity to serve more drivers, make a larger impact on the community, and expand his vision.Â
Fueled by his passion and commitment to his customers, Leo laid the foundation for Bedard Brothers Auto Sales, Inc. He welcomed his sons, Ron and Brian, into the business in the 1960s and 1970s, eventually passing the reins but remaining an integral part of the dealership's daily operations. Today, Leo's legacy continues with his grandsons, Bill, Bret, and Steven, who run the family business, overseeing seven franchises and over 100 employees serving Cheshire and the surrounding areas.Â
